It's the 50th anniversary of the first moon landing. I'm not old enough to remember it but I have been fascinated by all the documentaries this week. I have an interest in space and the Universe which comes and goes, but the wonder is always there. (See my avatar). It's been interesting to watch the docs as its opened up doors in my head of different thoughts which I had previously not considered. (Too many to mention just yet!) I think it's because I understand the context of it more now.
What are your thoughts on the moon landings? Did you see for yourself on the TV all those years ago? How did it make you feel? Do you think the money was spent on the right thing or should have gone to those in need? What do you think about current or future space exploration?
