Driving

Hey all,

I passed my driving test about 16 years ago but that then led to a few years of very nervous and often confrontational driving. I would get out of the car an absoloute mentally and physical wreck so this led to my decision to give it up, that was 13 years ago. Now after being able to hold down a part time job for a while my boss keeps asking me to help out with the driving (as we work from site to site through out the day) and this is scaring the hell out of me already and I haven't even got the keys in my hand let alone get behind the wheel of the van!! I have been lined up for some CBT at the doctors to try and help me through this but I was wondering does anyone else out there have any suggestions or ways that they have found helped them to cope with the unpredictability of driving?
