Does anybody else here experience strong, sometimes overwhelming, deja vu?
I've been thinking about it lately and this morning the text on the forum lined up in such a way that it triggered a sense of deja vu. I don't experience a sense of 'this seems familiar' it's more like I have absolutely lived this exact moment before. It's sometimes so strong that it stops me doing whatever I'm doing and I lose concentration. Everything about that moment aligns, the sights, sounds and smells. It's not a nice sense either, it feels quite concerning. I often have to physically shake myself out of the moment! Just me?
