Going to the gym

I've got into going to the gym for weight loss. Lost 14lbs since August 1st. I feel completely foccussed on this at the moment. I'm usually a lazyish person. Im using high intensity interval training, it gives me something to concentrate on. Mentally I feel really good because I've discovered something new.

Im 5ft 7" 11st 12lb. Im really happy with results so far. When I lose another few pounds I might switch to improving core strength.
