Travel insurance

We are going onholiday very soon and need to sort out our Travel Insurance. Do we declare our sons ASD. Can anyone recommend which company will give us the best deal

I declared my sons, but they weren't interested and didn't need to list it as a medical condition, so probably not an issue. Its not the sort of thing that will result in medical bills or hospitalisation or the need to repatriate so I guess it doesn't matter
