Thanks DC (by the way I thought we had talked before on a thread?) so it looks like there are lots of features that are visible but not enabled due to license costs. That makes sense - it's a bit weird that we still get to see the features that can't be used though. Anyway, it answers my question so thanks for pointing me to that.
