Hello Everyone,
I work with someone who, by his own admission, is autistic. He's very intelligent and extremely approachable, willing to help in a meticulous albeit sometimes very patronising way. Sometimes eccentric, others quiet and withdrawn.
We have a reasonably good work relationship, but we find him hard to manage. He thinks he knows everything and is quite OCD or ADHD with tasks, therefore he's unwilling to look outside his way of thinking.
What is the best way to get him to listen, without getting him angry or upset? From what i see he reacts well to people at work with whom shares his technical ability.
