My nomination is by Neil Innes, a song called 'Slaves of Freedom' As not many will be familiar with the song, it is from a programme of the 1970s called 'Rutland Weekend Television' starring and largely written by Eric Idle. The programme was from which the Beatles parody 'The Rutles' emerged.
