New here 21, and stressing, *and first thread :). So recently I've become distanced with my life, I've had a break-up with my girlfriend and I'm really struggling to keep a clear head. I don't know what to do as she mentioned she "needed time" but I just need clarity, I don't want to push, and may at some point need to move on..any suggestions for coping/maybe people to talk too or just message as I've never really done this before!
