I am bit fed up with the system.

My daughter is no saint I do know that,

if she hits someone in a heartbeat I have a call reporting that and taking action against her but when is the other way around they completely pretend nothing happen or dismiss the incident.

I am totally furious.

For me this total discrimination.

    Hi 

    I don't blame you for being furious! Unfortunately alot of schools are useless with bullying, and will always make an example of the easy target (ie someone they know lashes out) which is wrong especially if that person has a reason! 

    Like graham said check the links for your rights on this matter
