I regard my photography as an artwork.

This is the mood I'm in at the moment.

These are really beautiful photos - how do you achieve this effect Robert is it some kind of desaturation or chrome setting? The mood I am picking up from looking at these photos is a glimmer of hope - but reading moods isn't one of my strong points so I am probably wrong!

Yes, you're in the right area.  Meanwood park hospital site is about a 20 minute walk from the tree house.

Is that near to where Meanwood Park Hospital used to be? 

The path is on the Meanwood valley trial.  And it forms part of the dales way link.

On this section it actually cuts through people's private gardens.

There are several tree houses in this area.  I wish I had grown up here as a child. Instead of a very deprived inner city with drugs and prostitution.  And inner city smog.

That particular tree house has wooden steps nailed onto the tree trunk. And a trap door in the floor.

I like that one, too.  With the path leading off.  I want to know where it goes...

It give a really wonderful glow to the warm colours - I love the look of that tree house!
