Two fish in adjacent goldfish bowls see each other clearly as they really are, as the refraction of one bowl is reversed by the other.
People outside the bowls see less clearly.
Just musing on how sometimes two individuals on the spectrum are more comfortable in each other's company than they each are with people not on the spectrum.
It's not a perfect analogy, but hey ho
I remember seeing this post the other month. It’s a good analogy I think. Maybe more that people on the spectrum can see each other clearly but those on the outside don’t get such s clear view. I wonder if the view of the fish looking outwards is also distorted?
