What book are you reading now?

I decided that I needed a new book to read and managed to find one on my bookshelf that I’d only half read so thought I’d finish it off: Tower, An epic History of the Tower of London by Nigel Jones. I just wondered what everyone else is reading at the moment? What does everyone else like to read?

  • For the past couple of weeks I've been reading my old A level text book Book  Advanced level statistics by A Francis.  I originally bought the book in March 1980.   Back then I had the habit of writing my name and date in every book I bought and using sticky transparent plastic covers over the book covers to protect them.  Now almost forty years later I'm reading the book again and this time finding it very easy to understand and doing the exercises I missed out years ago.  Now I'm on page 593 almost finished.

  • Sometimes it's nice to revisit old text books. I also have my name and the date written in all of my college and university textbooks! I think it's a habit that was ingrained into me whilst I was at secondary school. What part of the book have you enjoyed the most?
