Tips for dealing with anxiety?

Hi all,

I have suffered most of my life with anxiety, I was wondering if any of you have any top tips to help calm down? 

I have to go to court as a witness the end of next week and to say i’m scared is an understatement. I have IBS and regardless of what I do leading up to something big/scary I can have loose stools and often struggle to eat as well, so much so that I’ve ended up in hospital with low potassium as a result is the diarrhoea.

So in the lead up to this, what can I do? Even just a little help is greatly appreciated!
