Airline meals

Does anybody choose special airline meals for themselves or their kids because the special choices are more to their taste than the standard meal, more likely to be better quality, or they get served first before the passengers with standard meals?

  • All airline meals are pot luck. I've tried the gluten free - not impressed. You tend to get served first if you choose the alternative.

    If you're that bothered, buy sandwiches at the terminal - and remember to leave any left-overs on the plane as most countries fine you for importing food.
