Homeless single mother with autistic child's last resort

Hi there I am planning a protest in front of the council offices.

We are homeless and we are not going get to be given any surpport.

I have been told to go live with elderly mother who leaves 80 miles from the kids school

Because the council will not acknowledg the ASD pediatrician letter.

Any input on what to do will be appreciated.

  • I'm so sorry to hear what you and your child are going through; I really wonder what this country is coming to sometimes.

    As well as the advice already given, I would consider getting in touch with your local MP and/or councillor, and show them the evidence that you have of your situation. I have seen first hand, back when I worked in local government, how much a letter from the local MP can give departments a kick up the bum.
