I have a 3 year old grandson with autism. Should I ever scold him if he does any mischief? Or I should talk to him about what should not be done? Advise.

Thank you for the link.
Hi NAS39410,
In addition to the community's advice, I am posting a link to our behaviour page in the hope that it is helpful:

Best wishes,

That would depend on the scolding the mischief and the severity of the autism. For instance my daughter is she is just misbehaving same as her sister and is aware what she is doing is wrong I tell her off same as the other children but when it is behaviour clearly related to the autism I separate her from her siblings and talk to her about it but she is nearly 8 so it's a bit different also talk to his parents they will be able to tell you what he can / can't understand and what techniques they are using that he is familiar with
