Hi, would anyone be interested in joining a free Creative Writing workshop for people with ASD based on a course I have been giving for the last 11 years. It is essentially the same content but structured around SPELL framework and the visual content follows a graphic designer guideline for people with ASD. Thanks

Hi. London. Details are here
Aim: develop creativity and storytelling techniques
Target: The course is offered to three age groups: children, teenagers or adults
Resources: multimedia presentation, activities and exercisesModule 1: 12 hours
Facilitator: J. Lobato is a writer with eight books published and 11 years of experience as a workshop facilitator. He has a Masters (MPhil) from the University of Cambridge, which awarded him a scholarship, focused on literature and social movements and was a research student at the University of Bristol, writing a thesis on literary narratives that was later published as a book. Parallel to his writing career, Lobato is a successful researcher who has led projects and done consultancies for UNICEF, The World Bank, USAID and other international organisations. In the past years he has been specialising on research on mental health.Overview: This course is based on a simple premise: writing is more than putting thoughts into words, it is a creative act in itself. Sometimes when you type or put a pen on the paper, something you were not aware of, something you didn’t plan to write, comes up. But how often this creative act can be? And how can this source of creativity be channelled in the development of stories, ideas or even insights?
Methodology: The course is divided into two complementary parts. In the first, participants are invited to explore their creativity through a range structured, clearly defined activities, including reflection, discussions, individual or group writing, reading and roleplaying. Participants are free to use the approaches they feel more comfortable with but are gently encouraged to try new ones. In the second part, they will work with the building blocks of storytelling: character, setting and plot.
Example of Previous Achievement: A group of children and teenagers from unprivileged background (most of whom were living on the streets) supported by a charity in Brazil wrote and self-published two small books launched in a national bookshop Students of English as a second language aged 10 to 12 in Burma wrote and published two Kindle books Several authors had their first book published after a one-to-one mentoring, like, for example, Heike Brandt (Yoga para Crianças), Paula Fernandes (Viagem sentimental ao Japão), and Flávio Migliano (Reflexões)
What would be the geographic location of this Workshop?
Yes/No/Maybe? What sort of things do you cover? Would you say it would be useful for technical writing?
