Not done this before only just registered tonight.  Ronan my son has been statemented as autistic over 2 years ago when he was 3 years old. For the past 6 months he has been terribkle argueing,crying, shouting and generally a pain or just been total hard work, everything his way or not at all.  I really can not handle it he argues constantely, his paedatrician said to contact n a s but its still took me a month to do it, you feel you have to deal with it yourself as its your baby. 

Any suggestions.  If he says its red and its black he will not settle till you say its red or if he says red yes, you HAVE to say YES.  Its constant and so difficultFrown

    'Your baby', true, but not your fault, not your failure, only life/nature/accident setting you a grossly unfair challenge in a society which is negligent of those it has a duty to protect.

    Too many mums blame themselves and fear being blamed by others.  My own first wife was ready to neglect our massively handicapped child's needs rather than to be perceived as 'failing as a mother'.

    Not your fault, not your failure.  Spit in the eye of anyone who suggests anything different and remember you are entitled to a life, and to respect.
