help getting medicine into my 3yr old son please

Hi, my son is the same, i use a syringe, if you lie your son on the floor and sit on him wtihout hurting him, put te sryinge in at the side of his mouth in front of his top teath down as far as you can and push medicine out in one go. if you do it his way they cant spit it out, its not very nice but its for the best in the end. i have been doing this for a bout a year and he is now starting to tolerate it
