Birthday stress

Hi all. How are you?

It's my birthday tomorrow and for some reason i am petrified. I'm going out tomorrow night with a few friends and family - it's like the only time i go out at night.

I just feel so worried and anxious though. Scary thought that i am here still when so many i've lost are not.

Oh well moan over. Sorry. Hopefully i will wake in better mood.

    So your birthday is June 5th?  Just finished a day celebrating my wife's birthday here.  It has been a lot of fun and, at times, rather hard work.

    I hope your own evening is going well.  Perhaps you're out celebrating as I write?  My fingers are crossed.  Your being in the world is very much something to celebrate, so I hope you have been able to and you're having a good time.
