Attempting to get Diagnosed with A lot.

It's not only you. I've been diagnosed and misdiagnosed multiple times over years. Depression is for me a standard diagnosis by default. I receive this diagnosis after 5 minutes conversation with a specialist. Only recently (2 years ago) someone wanted to listen to me and was interested enough to recognise autistic traits in me. 

I feal that, I have been told by a few work Managers, Work Employees, and my Whole family have told me i have Autism Trait. it made me think that the only way and Best way would be to Get diagnosed but its just been a Struggle to have my Local GP, and actually Have them Listen to me as it just feels like they don't ever listen.  

I heard from my teachers in primary school that im autistic,  but my mom didn't listen. Then at work, especially where I worked in customer service and retail,  I used to hear that I need to smile more talk more and modulate the tone of my voice. I had no idea how and what's wrong with me. My therapist recognised autism traits very quickly. But it's been too years till my assessment (in two days from now). I'm going private because the insurance ones wouldn't listen to me without an informant from my family. I can't provide. But the psychologist who us going to assess me is fine with me coming with medical records, school certificates, photos and other kind of documentation (including old email from a family member's memories about me in my childhood. I'm living in Germany just for reference. 

Yeah its really hard to get anywhere with any type of dignoses and even trying to get anywhere with that. I have been trying to get Dignosed ever since i founf out or even reolised the Traits i had from them (Its been 6 years since knowing) And it can be very hard to even get anywhere with them. Like today for Instant i looked up if the NHS 111 service could in fact help me with refering or better understanding who and were i could go to, to get the correct help for what i had, waited for 1 hour and 25 Mins to be Told they could not help me at all and that they were a Crisist Helpline.

Its just annoying sometimes to even get anywhere near were you need to be, And the whole thing with going private is sometimes a Amazing Idea depending where your Located at! (Im in the UK down Cardiff) and Going Private with something like a Dignoses for ADHD, the NHS Dont recognise it as a actual Dignoses as it was never through them so its a Bit of a Stale mate if you live in wales as most of the Professinals Cannot actually do anything to support or help you.
