How do I explain my limitations to my parents?

I am 28 years old. My parents are putting pressure on me to get a job and move out of the house, but I struggle with basic tasks and chores and need to use 'spoons' to measure my capacity to do things. I am worried about what job I could hold and keep with my limitations. I am thinking of doing admin work.

How do I explain to my parents in a calm and respectful manner that I want to be independent, but that I also live with limitations. They won't even allow me to cook the meal for the day.

Any form of advice or encouragement is appreciated. Thank you.
