I've been having the same dream at night

I have no interest in a relationship, as I've become progressively physically and mentally ill. It's out of the question and I'm ok with it. I wouldn't even entertain it.

Lately I've been dreaming that I'm well and in a healthy relationship, but it doesn't cross my mind when I'm awake.

  • I think there is some science to dreams, though I find know a lot about this field, but it must be good to have a dream where you don't have problems, very freeing! Especially when you have a lot of difficult stuff in your life, good dreams are great escape from it!

    It is good that you're colleagues prompted you to get checked out, it's not always easy to know when something isn't right if you only have yourself for reference! Sometimes it takes an outside person to point it out. I hope the rest of your medical tests go well, my mother-in-law had to have major surgery to remove most of her intestine and was in so much pain. She has to have a bag now, but it is better than the pain she was in. Something's aren't ideal but better than the alternative! 

    And I think a lot of people on here and relate to having unhelpful comments from parents rather than being supportive. I do hope you can get your dream place by the sea, I know it's more a dream, but maybe having some pictures around would be good at least!
