Hi all, hope you're having a good day.
Does anyone else feel like they're a different species? Like an alien that's pretending to be human?
I've always felt this way since I can remember. It's how I've made sense of my inability to relate to others and vice versa. The way they stare at me with their dead, glassy eyes, not bothering to meet me halfway. I'm glad I'm only pretending to be a human, because I'd never actually want to be like them. Neurotypical people are just incredibly dull, one-dimensional creatures, I can't work with that. I much prefer other autistic and neurodivergent people who actually have character and personality
