Good afternoon.
This morning I went to the big Tesco at (location removed); with my family. I became overwhelmed in the store and left without telling them. I walked to the train station.
Family contacted me asking where I was. I told them I needed to get outside and that I had walked to the station. They told me to stay there.
Before Tesco, we had coffee and a bun in Costa. After the station, I spent the rest of the day sitting quietly. The weather was poor.
