Struggling with gender dysphoria - can't find english speaking counsellor in Bulgaria

I'm 29 years old and I'm really being hit hard by gender dysphoria. Furthermore, finding a counsellor who speaks English and understands autism is proving to be a huge challenge. If anyone could help me find any resources or anything, I'd greatly appreciate it! Thank you!

  • My mother has found someone apparently, but she's taking a long time to address them, for some reason. She hasn't found out how much they charge yet, but she keeps telling me to leave it with her. I have no idea what's going on or when she's going to do anything with them and it's driving me nuts
