Struggling with gender dysphoria - can't find english speaking counsellor in Bulgaria

I'm 29 years old and I'm really being hit hard by gender dysphoria. Furthermore, finding a counsellor who speaks English and understands autism is proving to be a huge challenge. If anyone could help me find any resources or anything, I'd greatly appreciate it! Thank you!

    Sorry as well, you don't seem to be access any support regarding this. 

    Even if it's not professional, could you find a forum that discusses it, just so you have some other people to talk to? Just getting the chance to talk about gender disphoria with others in the same boat? Just so it feels like you have somewhere to go with it? You might need a break from the search for a therapist, it can be very disheartening when you keep hitting deadends with your searches? I do hope you can still find someone, but it can be difficult when you aren't having success, so try pace your energy.

    You can still talk about it here, just others on a similar boat might have ideas on a way forward?
