Struggling with gender dysphoria - can't find english speaking counsellor in Bulgaria

Been roughly a week since the second email. Still nothing. I could really use some ideas, guys.

I think it might be worth looking elsewhere, or even just trying to find people who are in a similar position/have been there you could talk to? I know you can't find a lot in Bulgaria, but could you find groups, even in the UK (it was quite good until recently). A group with a lot of different sorts of people might be helpful? 

I know you were after more professional help, but talking about what you are feeling to others might help some? I was wondering if you had to stick to Bulgaria, or could look in other countries for remote counsellor?

It must be very hard, I have a family member who transitioned. Feeling good about yourself is important. (though very difficult at times, especially for autistic people.)

I listened to Divergent Conversation podcast last year, and Dr Megan Neff seemed to say that gender identity  questioning was more common in the autistic population than the general populace? I don't know what that evidence is to back that, you would have to do some research there!
