Struggling with gender dysphoria - can't find english speaking counsellor in Bulgaria

I'm 29 years old and I'm really being hit hard by gender dysphoria. Furthermore, finding a counsellor who speaks English and understands autism is proving to be a huge challenge. If anyone could help me find any resources or anything, I'd greatly appreciate it! Thank you!

  • I looked around online but I was unable to find any English speaking counsellors who understand autism and/or gender dysphoria in Bulgaria.

    The only thing I can suggest is as  says, find an online counsellor who understands autism and gender dysphoria. There are plenty of accredited counsellors online, but make sure they are appropriately registered to a professional body.
