Struggling with gender dysphoria - can't find english speaking counsellor in Bulgaria

I'm 29 years old and I'm really being hit hard by gender dysphoria. Furthermore, finding a counsellor who speaks English and understands autism is proving to be a huge challenge. If anyone could help me find any resources or anything, I'd greatly appreciate it! Thank you!

  • That's pretty hard, the head office of the company I'm working for at the moment is in Bulgaria, and I've not been inclined to tell them about my diagnosis as I didn't think it was that well known there. (That and I don't need any adjustments).

Could you access something online? It can still be tricky to organise logistics, but you might have a wider range? That or even trying to speak to social groups to let you explore that side of yourself further within a safe setting might help while you search?

Good luck with it, both the search for a therapist and finding answers for yourself.
