Feeling burnt out

Hello

This morning I went to the opticians for my two year MOT and no new glasses. Phew. I've got a prescription for two years in case my glasses break or not seeing very well.

In the afternoon, I went to my group for afternoon tea.

The leader mentioned about the m5 both junctions was closed for 6 hours due to someone to threaten to jump (female was safely talked down); the leader stupidity said she would push her.

I felt disgusted and wanted to have a stern word. Thought to leave it.

That triggered what I felt 7 years ago.

Sorry haven't explained clearly.

It's something I don't broadcast in the town.

I'd did a live webchat with the Samaritans, which was really good and the volunteer really taken on board Id wrote. Came up with an action plan.

People still ask me do I work or do during the day. Basically I ignore it.

  • Hmmmm... that sort of leader is not the sort of person who should be in allowed to lead in my opinion - hmmm... except to perhaps suggest that if they wanted the other person to jump they might lead by example... and then let people decide whether they want to follow or not...
