Structure to my day help needed

I don't really have any structure to my days at the moment

The only structure is I wake up at 8 am and then start my bedtime routine at 7.30 pm

I do walk the dog at 11.30 am ish 

Apart from that I don't have structure. I would like more of a structure for each day but I'm unsure how to start, plus I need to be flexible incase parents want to go out with me

I don't know where to start or just put structure in place

Any advice help etc needed and what I could do as well to structure my day

  • Mostly it is built around the main things, waking and getting up, getting dressed, going to bed and meals.

    Then during each day you think about what you want to do. You already have walking the dog,  but you might want to read for an hour, or spend an hour or two learning something new like a language or skill or just a new subject. Then you could have a clothes washing day. Maybe a day when you do some baking or batch cooking.

    Perhaps time when you do a hobby, or games. Perhaps times to spend online.

    You don't have to do everything every day. So some things might be Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays. Others at weekends. It will break the week up and give you things to look forward to. You are trying to make some routines. 

    You can make a calendar. It is best not to get to detailed be else it is too rigid and it can become hard to do them (demand avoidance) or become stressful if you don't do them.

    It is really up to you to think of some activities you would like you do each week.
