I just had a med review and we were talking about my brain and focusing, how im struggling and all that. she asked me to do a test and then said she'd send a list of medical professionals that do ADHD diagnoses. so I'm gonna be looking through them.
not really what I thought would happen when I went in lol
im not feeling any particular way but if anyone has some experience with the process, id love to hear what it was like/any difficulty ect
