panic attacks

Has anyone else ever had panic attacks one after each other?

This morning for about two hours I was having panic attack after panic attack (even though I had taken my beta blocker)

How do people deal with this? (I rarely have panic attacks one after each other now, and it scared me that I might just be in a state of panic regularly)

  • I’ve been having panic attacks from being manipulated the past year or so…. It’s difficult for us because unless people are straight and literal with you then it’s easy to be tricked and scammed, especially by people you think are your friends but have been doing sneaky things behind your back
