Grief and loss

Yesterday I attended a peer support group for grief and loss and it's brought up memories and feelings for people, pets etc I've lost over the years. Well I'm still trying to do normal things the feelings are taking over and I don't like it. Any suggestions?

  • Maybe write a short note to each of them as a way to express your love for them, and then somehow release the notes. Alternatively, you could consider anchoring your love into an object that embodies each of them, so you can positively come back to them and be grateful for the good times you shared.
