Anger, anxiety and dissociation

How do people deal with these 3 emotions? I wake up with them every morning and, though they do subside a little after a while, they are negatively affecting my university work, relationships with others and self-esteem. I was diagnosed with Asperger's roughly 15 years ago, but I'm still under the care of the Community Mental Health Team for other symptoms, which other psychiatrists have given various names for (bipolar, psychotic depression, schizophrenia, EUPD...). I want to do well in life, but I don't seem to have control over anything. I am on medication and I changed antipsychotics July last year (2025). The new meds really seemed to help, but my ASD is now more pronounced and I also have alexithymia. In addition to this, the dissociation/depersonalisation/derealisation I experience is getting worse. How on earth do I change things for the better?

  • When I think about what the workplace is complcit and corrupt people all working together cancelling other people out. Willful ignorance, this could make me angry. That these people do well and are percieved all socially acceptable, but actiually repugnant animals. I could get anxiety knowing they are there every time I go out affecting my life. You cant change these things, you can only make more people aware or see what is wrong in the World.
