I think it's cos I'm spending another Christmas alone. But hey I like to smoke but I don't drink. Most people my age are too used to cutting corners and trying to undercut you. I have limited patience now it seems than I did when I was younger. If someone gets on my nerves I just sigh and avoid them. Time alone is great for me I am having the time of my life here. I want to stop smoking. I replace them with cigarettes. Naybe

    Are you close enought to France to do a booze trip? I've done a few of these and sharing the cost of a car and ferry in order to stock up in the hypermarkets can be a fun day out.

    The downside is coming back with the car stinking of unpasteurised brie - I love the taste but it smells like it died a week ago.

    It was always great to stock up on wines and beers (if you have a big enough car) plus I love to get a load of cooking ingredients like duck thighs in their own fat - they taste awesone re-heated and as a bonus the fat makes the most delicious roast potatoes.
