I sympathise with you as I have a fear of having anything done too, though from what you say about your dentist, you will be in good hands. 

Go easy on the dentist, try not to let the reflex kick action come into play! 

It's not just the reflex kick action, it's the batter someone to death instinct that I worry about! I'm not as bad as I used to be, but I have fought back because my ex husband tried to take my coat off so as I could have an injection, I imediately went into strangle hold break and punch away. I did manage to sit in the chair and have a 60ml valium injection, that was when I found out that valium dosen't work on me, as after 30 mins I was fighting and asking for the other 20ml they had in reserve.

I expect I will get an OMG reaction when they see my mouth, it's what I usually get, hopefully they won't try and push a load cosmetic stuff on me like the last lot, they only seemed interested in doing implants and facial fillers. I wonder if some of them don't deliberately make your teeth worse so you either have to have all thier expensive stuff or no teeth? I think lots of people have no option but to have no teeth as you'd need a second mortgage to afford what they want you to have.

Now I have to go to the minor injuries unit because I think I might have broken my arm falling over Boris cat.

I take turmeric tablets too. It helps stop my fingers from being stiff.

No it wasn't that bad or I'd have called an ambulance. It was just sore and a bit swollen, I've never broken a bone before, except probably a couple in my feet.

I went to the minor injuries unit and they said I'd twisted and maybe strained the tendon a bit and rest it and go back if it gets worse.

Interestingly though, when I told them I take high strength turmeric tablets they said that turmeric is one of the strongest anti-inflamitories they know of. It was because of the turmeric that I thought I ought to go as I know that things don't swell or show other symptoms as much.
