Reminder: Stop Gaslighting Yourself

I’m just gonna ask this, despite how stupid and thick I sound. But what is gaslighting? I don’t understand all these names and terms and this is coming from someone who is Gen z 

I had to look it up recently, too.

It's when someone tries to convince you that you're imagining things when you're not.

Or when someone tells you you're overreacting to something they did, when your reaction is justified.

Or when someone tells you that something is your fault because "you made me do it".

In short, denying reality.

Ahh I see, so basically it’s what bullies do! Especially manipulating ones! I’ve been victim of that many times and I constantly do it to myself now! It’s so hard to stop though
