I know some of you like poetry. When I am tired, rather than read poetry myself; I like to listen to a podcast or watch a video of poetry being recited.
Today I came across the writer Becky Hemsley's poetry and was intrigued the poem "I'm fine" (2022).

The poem resonated with me. Maybe it will with others too.
It made me think a bit more around answering a greeting / enquiry - when "I'm fine" might be masking? At what cost?
