Today I have an exam and am extremely stressed. I went through a bereavement recently, I was bullied out of a society, and the university imposed a punitive restriction on my movements without my consent.
For this exam, I:
1) Revised since 2nd May for 6-7 hours per day
2) Memorised all needed derivations in a single session
3) Did one past paper (the revision above was caused by taking a look at the other)
4) Have had regular panic attacks which made me feel like I'm about to collapse
I don't know how to calm myself down. The exam's in one hour.
