My son (12) is fascinated with pregnancy. More so the baby bump itself. He’s been approaching pregnant teachers at school and has asked them to show him their belly!
I have tried to explaining the stages of pregnancy and we have looked at books together to try and help him understand better. Also explained he needs to keep his hands to himself and reminded him about boundaries / personal space. My son also has ADHD and can be quite impulsive and despite our conversations he still gets himself into these situations. He has also looked at pregnancy related videos on you tube. Fortunately he only has access to kids you tube!
He feels terrible as he knows on reflection that it isn’t appropriate
any advise anyone could offer would be welcomed.
