Deleted all the waffle because maybe it could be misconstrued as asked for medical advice re my manic episode.

Just after any resources to do with practical mindfulness techniques.

  • Hi - there’s a great book called ‘The Miracle of Mindfulness’ by Thich Nhat Hanh. Also if you go on YouTube and search: Thich Nhat Hanh Mindfulness          There’s loads of his talks on there. Thich Nhat Hanh is known as ‘The father of Mindfulness’ because he did so much work to make Mindfulness accessible to a western audience. In the past I tried various meditation and mindfulness resources but found them hard to connect with - but Thich Nhat Hanh was a great communicator and makes it so accessible and easy to connect with. Good luck! It’s really helped me so much - so I hope it’s fruitful for you too :)
