How best to relieve overwhelm and hyperfocus-quickly

I've worked for 10-15 minutes at a time, taken short breaks, gone for walks, used bullet points and made brain dumps but when I return to my work I keep going down the same groove and getting stuck. I've a deadline-next Friday and it cannot be extended.  I've plenty of ideas, but can't organise them. I'm totally frustrated by my inadequacy and really depressed. I've got a history of not completing work and its becoming worse. Any suggestions? How long will it take to become unstuck? In the past, its taken weeks or even months.
