Hey. I feel hopelessness. I'm so lonely. Some of you might know my wife left me last year after over a decade together and the same week my dad died too. 

Although I was with my ex for over a decade. Like then I am so lonely now too.

Just hope I meet someone before I get into such a depressive mood that I end up taking.my own life. 

It's sad when people are nice to me I just cry.

  • I havn't got advice so much as empathy and support. I just want you to know you are not alone, I am here if you need a friend to talk to and I'm sure other people on here are too. You are valued here. 

    As someone who thought about taking my own life a while ago I can promise you that no matter how bleak things look now there is always a brighter day coming. Every day I am so glad I never did it. Honestly, it might feel like things will never get better but they will.
