Feeling particularly autistic today

Do you ever have days when you feel more autistic than normal? I do and I'm having one today, I feel emotionally wobbly and feel like I can't do anything, but odlly I don't feel brain foggy, just like, everything is too much effort is too scary and pretty pointless as it will all go wrong.

  • Yes I've had a week like that. I managed to do as little as I could for the past 4 days. Got work again next 2.5 days. But even after rest feel tired and clumsy. I think I need to hibernate this time of year. The short days make me close down I think.
