Phobias

The first phobia I’ve ever came across was when I was staying at my mum’s and their side of the family all had schizophrenia but I’ve only had autism.

Whilst I was there I was treated quite badly and one time my Nan said that she had cancer and told me exactly what would happen when she’ll die in a more first person tone like if it happened to her before.

Since then I’ve had many panic attacks ever since that day and if you know what panic attacks are like then you’ll certainly will know when it does happen to you.

All we can do for now is just breathe when we’re having these moments and just take a little time out if need to clear your head.
