What this forum needs is a NICE thread, where people only post nice uplifiting things.

When I first saw the thread title I thought it was going to be about National Clinical Excellence body that regualtes what meds the NHS can dish out, lol.
Still not you-tube, but my daughter in law came down and has filled my freezer with lovely home made Indian food.

It is really nice when someone takes time and care to prepare something like this for you.
This reminds me, I must write to my uncle and tell him what I thought about his new book (one on the history of the shipyard in my home town during the war years) as he is a realy good researcher and humourus writer. He does love a bit of fan mail.
Do you henestly think I'd let someone come down and spend two days cooking and putting loads of it in the freezer if I didn't like it? If I didn't like it she wouldn't be allowed in the kitchen. But it's great as I can't eat out or even get a take-away round here, all her food is healthy and vegan.
