Like due to how bad it was I have flashbacks and I’m being referred to CAHMS
Hello I am an adult now at university. My experience is mainstream school was horrrrrrrrible the amount of support was 0 despite me having all the specialist letters as proof that i need some support. I had teachers say nasty things to me. I’ve been referred to CAMHS as well. my biggest advice to you is if you get a therapist under CAMHS remember you have the RIGHT to change ro another therapist. I found this hard as i dont want to hurt anyones feelings but trust me it is your right, you can write an email.
